Whiteford Vipers defeated Whiteford DiGiovine 17-7 on Saturday thanks in part to Logan B, who drove in four runners. Logan drove in runs on a single in the first, a triple in the third, and a walk in the fifth.

An early lead helped propel the Vipers to victory. The Vipers scored on a single by Logan, a single by Ace P, and a home run by Kaiden G in the first inning.

The Vipers scored six runs in the third inning. The Vipers’ big inning was driven by singles by Nicholas D, Ryan C, and JJ M, a walk by Giovanni C, a triple by Logan, and a groundout by Kaiden.

The Cooling Vipers team built a seven-run lead in the fifth inning and then held off Prosise Bronco’s charge for a 9-8 victory on Monday. Prosise Bronco scored five runs in the failed comeback on a walk by Ben G, a walk by Aiden K, a walk by Nikolai S, and a stolen base by Luke F.

Cooling Vipers earned the victory despite allowing Prosise Bronco to score six runs in the fifth inning. Ben, Aiden, Nikolai, and Jake P each had RBIs in the big inning.

The Cooling Vipers team got things started in the first inning when Alex D grounded out, scoring one run.

The Vipers secured the victory thanks to nine runs in the fourth inning. Logan B, Ace P, Kaiden G, Ryan C, and Tony B all contributed in the big inning with RBIs.
